Lyssa Dent Hughes is a well-known and highly regarded health crusader. She's also the daughter of a Republican senator, a direct descendant of Ulysses S. Grant, the wife of a professor, and the president's nominee for surgeon general. A minor mistake, accidentally brought up by a friend, sends the press on a series of spiraling attacks that leave Hughes increasingly vulnerable.
