Glow of Filter & Dub
Marius
Marius takes a break from his recent studio LP work with Prins Thomas and delivers another killer release on Maxi Discs. Continuing his journey into NY influenced dance music, he unleashes ‘Glow of Filter & Dub’ an epic 10 min ride into the musical world of legendary clubs like the Paradise Garage and Body & Soul that inspired him. It even has an old school drum break to drive your dance floor crazy. You can smell the sweat on this one…work it! On the flip, deep house heads 6th Borough Project work their subtle magic on ‘Love Gun’ and create a house vibe that is deeper than deep. While Disco Deviant Dicky Trisco strips back ‘Glow of Filter & Dub’ to the bare essentials and works it to the max in a tribute to early Tony Humphries proto - house style cuts like Ma Foom Bey.
