Right Said Fred
Signed in the early 90s after radio stations reacted excitedly to a handful of white label copies of their uniquely entertaining 'I'm Too Sexy', Right Said Fred quickly found themselves on pop's roller coaster. The aforementioned debut spent 16 weeks on the UK charts, climbing to an impressive No.2 in the summer of 1991 & subsequently soundtracked almost every party that year. 'Don't Talk Kiss' & 'Deeply Dippy' continued the chart onslaught, the latter harnessing them their first No.1 in 1992. 'Stick It Out' (recorded for Comic Relief) released at the start of 1993 again made the top 5 & is included here as a bonus track with royalties still going to Comic Relief. Their first two albums 'Up' & 'Sex & Travel' plus bonus tracks available together for the first time. Boasts five top 30 hits 'I'm Too Sexy', 'Don't Talk Kiss' & the number one single 'Deeply Dippy'. 24 tracks over two CD with extensive sleevenotes. Music Club. 2004.
