New Order | Substance Reissue & 12" Maxi Singles

New Order is thrilled to present a remastered series of formats of "Substance 1987", slated for release through Warner on November 10th. The 2023 collection boasts an array of formats including 2LP, 2CD, an expansive 4CD deluxe edition, and a vibrant 2LP coloured vinyl. Fans can also look forward to the re-release of the 12" singles True Faith, its remixed version, and the iconic Blue Monday 88.

Originally released via the legendary Factory Records, Substance served as a remarkable anthology of the band's singles up until that time, presented in their 12" versions, along with a generous inclusion of their respective B-sides featured on the CD. Notably, it introduced newly recorded renditions of 'Temptation' and 'Confusion'. This monumental compilation also included the chart-topping 12" single, Blue Monday, and housed other timeless singles such as The Perfect Kiss, Bizarre Love Triangle, and the band's inaugural single, Ceremony.

The Substance compilation stands not only as a significant milestone in the band's journey but is also considered once of the best and most acclaimed compilation albums of all time.
