- Bring out your colored pencils and escape to the magical world of fairies! These 24 paintings of beautiful fairies and nature spirits by award-winning fantasy artist Ruth Sanderson have been carefully converted to GRAYSCALE for your coloring enjoyment. There are two complete sets of fairy images, one a little lighter and one a little darker, for a total of 48 pictures to color. Color both or choose your preference.
- GRAYSCALE COLORING is different from coloring line art, and fun to try out if you enjoy realistic pictures. Colored pencils work beautifully over grayscale images and help give realism and depth to the final colored image. For blending, a colorless marker works very well, as does a light colored pencil, or mineral spirits like Gamsol. Get hooked on grayscale!
- Each picture is printed single-sided on 55 lb. pure white paper. Colored pencils are suggested for the best results on this paper. (Markers can bleed through.)
