Bill Lloyd - Retired Naval Commander, Naval Intelligence; Dorothy Baker - Daughter of Dr. Baker, FBI laboratory chief, chemical weapons; Lee Lloyd - Bills wife; Bob Summers - FBI and Bills friend. The story takes us to major US cities such as Washington, DC and Middle East hotbeds such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan.
