When DJ Richard Searling was allowed access to the vaults of Atlantic Records recently, amongst the many previously unreleased tracks he discovered one has gone to to be not only a considered Modern Soul anthem, but has also been featured on SKY TV to promote the return of the Simpsons to a Sunday evening prime time slot! Due to huge demand, Bettye Swann's incredibly beautiful soul opus " I want Sunday back" is now released for the first time ever anywhere in the world on a 45 - backed with (as is the GO AHEAD pledge) another of the lady's finest recordings, cut in Philadelphia in the mid 1970s, "Kiss my love goodbye". As with all GO AHEAD releases, the 45 is supplied in a limited edition collector's picture sleeve.
