Twin Atlantic's debut album was recorded at Red Bull studios Santa Monica California with acclaimed producer Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Pixies) and looks set to build on the hard work put in during working the mini album "Vivarium", over the last 18 months which saw the band tour extensively, both as a headline act and as support to blink-182, My Chemical Romance. The Gaslight Anthem, and Enter Shikari. 2011 began with a sold out headline club tour of smaller UK cities and towns, and the release of the single "Edit Me'. The second single "Free" is released on April 25th, and after the strong specialist radio support accorded "Edit Me", has already been played by Zane Lowe and Huw Stephens on Radio One, Ian Camfield on XFM and Loz Guest on Kerrang FM. The band have also recorded a session to go out on XFM Ian Camfield show. Playlists on the song are expected as reactions have been very strong. The video for "Free" was directed by renowned director Howard Greenhalgh (Muse, Biffy Clyro, Placebo) and was added to Kerrang TV daytime playlist on servicing. Further playlists are expected. Marketing for the single will include advertising in Kerrang, Rocksound magazine and online, Big Cheese , NME.com and posters in tour cities. The band have an extensive Uk headline tour , which includes the band's 1st headline show at the prestigious Glasgow Barrowlands.
