Embarking on a new journey with his first ever solo album, Vince Clarke, an icon of the synthpop era as an early songwriter in Depeche Mode and part of the duo Erasure for almost 40 years, unveils a remarkable new facet of his musical brilliance with "Songs of Silence". In this project project, Clarke explores an untouched avenue of ambient electronic beauty, diverging significantly from his celebrated electropop heritage to craft an album that stands in a realm of its own.
