CSI: Crime Scene Investigation er en amerikansk kriminal-tv-serie, fra stationen CBS, sendt første gang 6. oktober 2000. Serien har fået så stor succes, både i og udenfor USA, at den har skabt to spin-off-serier, CSI: Miami og CSI: New York. Desuden har serien vundet en lang række priser, inklusive flere Emmies.
