Nicolas Roeg directs this fantasy comedy based on Roald Dahl's book. Nine-year-old Luke (Jasen Fisher) and his wise Aunt Helga (Mai Zetterling) arrive at an English seaside hotel where the Royal Commission for Prevention of Cruelty to Children is holding a convention.
