Ferry To Hong Kong

Film adventure starring Orson Welles as the captain of a ship that reluctantly takes down-and-out drifter Mark Conrad (Curd Jurgens) aboard. Conrad is ejected from Hong Kong for his criminal behaviour, and it is only through a lucky game of cards that he wins the right to stay on board. Whilst wooing beautiful passenger Liz (Sylvia Syms), Conrad is offered the chance to become a hero when the boat is hit by a series of calamities, such as a raging typhoon engulfing the vessel, and a gang of pirates boarding the ship.
