Superintelligence

Melissa McCarthy stars in this American action comedy directed by Ben Falcone. Eight years after leaving her job as a corporate executive, Carol Peters (McCarthy) is searching for meaning in her life when a sentient artificial intelligence system (voice of James Corden) selects her for observation. However, the superintelligence is preparing to destroy the human race, leaving Carol with only a few days to prove that mankind is worth saving.

The cast also includes Bobby Cannavale, Brian Tyree Henry and Jean Smart.
