Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honneamise

Feature-length Japanese anime following civilisation's first faltering steps into space, set on an alien world strangely similar to Earth. Within this setting lives Shirotsugh Lhadatt (voice of Leo Morimoto), a lazy young cadet in the Royal Space Force, who is inspired by a woman called Riquinni Nonderaiko (Mitsuki Yayoi) to volunteer to become the first man into space.
