Made for the arts programme 'Monitor', 'Always On Sunday' (1965) charts the life of French post-impressionist painter Henri Rousseau (James Lloyd) while 'Isadora Duncan, the Biggest Dancer in the World' (1966) depicts the life of acclaimed American dancer Isadora Duncan (Vivian Pickles). 'Dante's Inferno' (1967) chronicles the complex relationship between the English poet and painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti (Oliver Reed) and his wife Elizabeth Siddal (Judith Paris).
