Ismaels Ghosts (aka Les Fantmes DIsmal)

Mathieu Amalric and Marion Cotillard star in this French drama written and directed by Arnaud Desplechin. The film follows Ismael (Amalric), a film director from Roubaix living with his partner Sylvia (Charlotte Gainsbourg). The couple have their lives turned upside down when Ismael's wife Carlotta (Cotillard), who disappeared without a trace 20 years previously, suddenly returns and wants back in Ismael's life.

Shocked by his wife's sudden reappearance, Ismael faces some big decisions as he considers what to do next. The cast also includes Louis Garrel, Alba Rohrwacher and László Szabó.
