Following Kodai's fated encounter with Teresa, Gatlantis's past is revealed, and the Yamato's crew is enlivened with renewed purpose. Meanwhile, the White Comet Empire advances toward Earth, and the Wave Motion Gun Fleet is all that stands between Zworder and humanity's annihilation.
