Alice Cooper | Billion Dollar Babies (50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)
"Billion Dollar Babies" is the sixth studio album from Alice Cooper, originally released on February 23, 1973, and is the album that Alice refers to as his favorite - a shock rock/gore classic that also happens be one of the biggest fan favorites in the band's discography.
In celebration of the 50th Anniversary the album is being released in new a deluxe edition tagged '50th Anniversary Trillion Dollar' edition. The deluxe editions include an oral history of the making of the album, as told to Jaan Uhelszki by each of the band members who played on the album.
"Billion Dollar Babies" is the record that features hit 'No More Mr Nice Guy' and also sees the band including their “mini-movie” songs like 'Raped and Freezin’', 'Elected', 'Billion Dollar Babies' and 'I Love The Dead'.
The Deluxe 3-LP edition features a snake-skin textured cover, a revival of the $1 Billion dollar bill that was included in the original release, and the oral history liner notes.
