Badehotellet - Season 9 (Danish)

The summer of 1945. Denmark is free again, and Amanda can finally return to the hotel, which has been occupied by the Germans for the past four years. Now the Germans have been sent back to where they came from, and Amanda can begin to remove the traces of them in the hope that the regular visitors will have the courage to spend another summer holiday by the North Sea. Fortunately, they have. Everyone is eager to put the war behind them and enjoy liberation with dear, old friends. The stay will also offer new, surprising acquaintances, among others, the girls Frida and Sarah will make a significant mark on the season in their own way. But it will soon turn out that even though the desire is great to finally be allowed to look ahead, unanswered questions from the five years of occupation are part of the baggage. So in the midst of the intoxicating summer of liberation, it's time for the showdown, too. And it's not going to go quietly on its own.
