Everyone has a set of challenges in their lives. Their nature, magnitude, and intensity (read challenges) keep varying, but they exist throughout. I as an individual was doing a great deal as a happy homemaker, taking the best care of my earning husband and adorable daughter was my world but got shattered when things started going wrong at every front. I suffered a lot when I finally decided to get separated. It was a big decision as I had almost no income to sustain myself and fulfill the needs of my growing daughter because all my salary went into paying debts due to business bankruptcy. My siblings have always been there, but could not stand by me for every small thing as they have their own lives to look into. I had to resort to borrowing, asking for help and I felt during this phase my brokenness that made me feel that I had nothing but myself. These feelings of brokenness brought along a sense of shame. Moreover, I was able to discover the real hues of several humans. I realized sooner than later that helping others is a business and people demand things in return, especially, unreasonable returns.
