Author Joshua Cohen, a retired police detective, experienced amazing cases throughout his career. One such case involved Will Sparks. By the time he turned 31, Sparks was at the top: he promoted to fire chief, he enjoyed well-earned respect and admiration from the people he served, and he cherished the time spent with his wife and their niece and nephew.
