HEALTHCARE FOR ALL AMERICANS offers three possible mechanisms on how to finance a proposal for America's healthcare. While offering a historical assessment of America's healthcare Post-World War II, Dr. Paguyo analyzes some of the best universal healthcare systems around the world and offers recommendations with solutions to thirteen major problems the U. S. A. healthcare system has. HEALTHCARE FOR ALL AMERICANS is a proposal of a comprehensive universal healthcare plan that is made for every American. The plan is portable and reliable with freedom to choose ones healthcare provider; user-friendly; worry-free; easy and simple to administer, and sustainable based on free market principles. NELSON A. PAGUYO MD, is a retired doctor of forty-two years of experience prior to his retirement in 2005. After graduating in 1963, he was a post graduate student, a resident and fellow at the University of Minnesota and later was an NIH researcher until he opened his private solo internal medicine practice in the Twin Cities, MN in 1972. Included in his practice were the directorship of the Emergency Department and Pulmonary Department of the community hospital where he practiced. After twenty years in solo medical practice, the advent of the HMO and managed care shifted his career and he joined HealthPartners Inc. in 1992 for thirteen years as a member of the staff-model HMO. He retired in 2005.
