Also in this book, I have used many sources to support my studies, while I have divided my studies into investigations, in which the study examined the strategic location of the Arabian Gulf as it is located at the crossroads of global transportation, and then touched on the colonial ambitions that dealt with the occupation of the Gulf and its countries. Chemical weapons are one of the types of weapons of mass destruction and their target is for humans, animals and plants. These chemical weapons cause pollution to air, water, soil and plants. Also Mineral wealth plays an important role in the Iraqi national economy, foremost among which is oil. Before the country began exporting oil, it was an economy based on agricultural production in large measure and less on trade. Investigations indicate the presence of minerals in different regions of Iraq, such as the Western Desert and some governorates of the northern region, and only oil, phosphate, sulfur, tar, and limestone were exploited.
