When reporter Danielle Dawson goes on a dream assignment to the delightful country of Cordillera to cover the wedding of a prince to a commoner, she never expected to be swept up in the arms of a prince of her own. As Danielle admires the prince's handsome cousin, Prince Armando Santiago, she trips and falls into the wedding cake. She is mortified when his strong arms steady her and even more so as his finger wipes a dab of frosting from her neck. His mellow voice caresses her ears, and his old-world charm lulls her reservations even as his passionate manner stirs her spirit. However, rumors and tabloid stories make her wonder if the dashing Armando will ever consider settling down with one woman. Armando wants nothing more than to spend time with the intriguing Danielle, but when a bomb starts ticking, he takes charge, sends his men to take care of the danger, and directs the guests to exit the building as he rushes Danielle to safety. After two of the bride's sisters are kidnapped, he sets out to find them, along with Danielle, who temps him with her beauty and refreshing personality.
