Psychedelics 101

LSD, MDMA, ketamine and psilocybin are, as of today, illegal drugs. But in the 1960s and 1970s these same drugs were applauded for their medical properties, and doctors used them to treat PTSD, depression and other severe mental illnesses. But following the start of the war on drugs, this branch of medicine was shut down completely. Today we are at the dawn of a psychedelic revolution, and researchers around the world are again investigating the therapeutic properties of the psychedelics.
