INSPIRED BY TRUE EVENTS

In the Fall of 1995, life was a party of sex, drugs, and MTV for a promiscuous group of suburban high school teens. But a confluence of dark secrets among this tight-knit group of teens and their families come to light when a sadistic murder of one of their own sparks an intense homicide investigation.

The pending investigation does not cease these teens and their families from succumbing to horrific deaths, sending waves of discontent through their suburbia and high school that among them lies a serial killer.

For a pair of seasoned homicide detectives, it's a grim search of possible suspects through oil and gas executives' award-winning homes to seedy, sex, and sweat-drenched downtown nightclubs.

Pushed to the edge, the detectives are in a race against the clock by their superiors, including the city's Mayor, to expose who or what could be responsible for Houston's bloodshed.
