Family Constellation is an integrative therapy created by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger after years of research with families, companies and organizations. The technique studies and seeks to dissolve the behavioural patterns that, in some way, hinder our development. The Constellation works with issues that are part of the subconscious. It is also called brief therapy and, therefore, it is not a continuous psychotherapy. A single session, normally, solves a specific point. The Systemic Constellation is based on three laws, called by the creator of the technique "laws of love". According to him, these laws are structures that contribute to the harmony within the family system and natural principles of life, which govern our relationships. The systemic laws are: belonging, hierarchy and balance. In the field of constellations, life is the greatest asset we have. Therefore, the order of arrival is of extreme importance. Besides, for Hellinger, it is necessary to have balance in the relationships, which means that giving and receiving must happen in conformity with what is fair.
