In this booklet we are presenting methods from Grigori Grabovoi and his colleagues. This methods we have successfully employed with ourselves or with our patients. These methods originate with Grigori Grabovoi and have been developed further by our colleagues, Nadeshda and Vadim Korolov and from Arcady Petrov.
