Neighborly Intentions

Lieutenant Colonel Hayden LaBlount has come home from duty, still in battle mode. His girlfriend has been hard to reach out and touch while he was away. He's not even concerned about who's been occupying her time, just that she becomes someone else's headache, and he's pretty sure she already has. His neighbor, Kameesah Jester, isn't much better off in the 'significant others' department, her boyfriend as big a chauvinist as they come. Her extensive work hours are a bone of contention between the two as well... when she's home that is. If only she had a man who understood, like the man who's deployed most months out of the year, has filled her dreams for four very long years, lives next door, has a girlfriend, and isn't into women with melanin in their skin.
