I & II Peter

I & II Peter were written by Peter, one of the first disciples of Jesus. Peter was a fisherman by trade and impulsive by nature. He was mentored by Jesus and became one of the key founding fathers of the church. Peter admonishes us to be holy in our living, prepared for suffering, and always ready to be a witness for Christ and ready for His second coming.
