How To Love

How To Love isn't a typical love story about a boy and girl. Instead it is a beautiful fictional story about two sisters, Jade Carter and Nicole Taylor who battle with self-image, self-esteem, social acceptance and colorism. These biological sisters struggle with their idea of beauty and success. The discussion of "light skin vs dark skin" has been a prevalent part of their upbringing. This misstep in their foundational development has prevented them from recognizing genuine love. All of these obstacles hinder them from having healthy relationships with anyone around them including each other. Neither sister realizes that they are winning within their own lanes because they are blinded by the jealousy they have for each other.
