Life is not meant to be easy. Everyone inevitably runs into obstacles. You can't let these hurdles bring you down. I once found myself in a similar situation, and I know exactly how easy it is to remain brooding in that cesspool and how difficult it can seem to pull out and fix what needs fixing. Because of that experience, I'm writing this book to let you know how you cannot just overcome your fears and anxiety, but how you can work towards your life's goals.
