About the Author
Anderea Morara has held many senior management positions, including being CEO of two management institutions. He first came to the limelight in matters of management as the Business Tidbits columnist in the Daily Nation, East Africa's largest circulation newspaper, where he worked as Business Editor, in the late 1980's. He has been a management columnist in the East African Chronicle and the East African Standard newspapers. In his studies and work, he has encountered a wide range of business environments, situations and experiences spanning Africa, Europe, North America, India and Japan, which have greatly enriched his understanding of management styles across cultures. He has authored several books and papers on management, enterprise development and children's literature as well as the novel The Sting, which has been well received.
