Shadow
The Home Incarceration Program had widespread public acceptance. When it became known that the Governor was also a jailer, it gained respectability. All in all, the program grew and became an economic engine fueling other businesses.
The twins create a minor sensation one Sunday afternoon while they join the pulchritude parade in the park. That sensation earns them a reward from the governor and that, in turn, gives Jarrett a significant boost in his business. Then the twins get parceled out to Amanda and Cliff and that causes very far-reaching ripples, all for the good of the twins and the program itself. Unfortunately, both governors lose out in the end.
Cliff finds his life somewhat upended. Being head over heels does that to a person.
Jessica gets a ball and chain, supplied by Arizona, locked on her ankle.
Jacqueline plots a revenge on Jessica and enlists some friends from their time as models to help her carry it out.
The governor presents a plan to expand the borders of the Bayou. That it will also greatly enrich him personally never seems to get mentioned.
A house outside the Bayou changes hands.
