Will Grammy Remember Me? is a deeply touching and heartfelt story about the beautiful relationship between a girl and her grandmother, Grammy. The young girl is alone and worried when her Grammy does not pick her up from school. After her parents explained that Grammy has Alzheimer's disease, the little girl was determined to help Grammy as Grammy had always helped her. Will Grammy Remember Me? is an excellent book for families facing Alzheimer's Disease and is a story that both children and adults will enjoy over and over again.
I invite you to read about their incredible journey.
