An international military criminal from the Argentine, acting for the United States in its attempts to overthrow or control governments in Latin America, is also sought by Israel for mass murder of Jews in Buenos Aires during the 1980s Argentine dictatorship. Having very little contact with his father, the son despite his efforts to live a simple blameless life, becomes ensnared in a plot to capture and punish an undeniably evil man.
