To be able to teach a dog anything you first have to understand your role. You do not have to go to special classes or courses to be able to teach a dog. You just have to understand you have been teaching them from the day you brought them home. The key to understanding why a dog behaves a specific way is to look at the whole picture. How the humans are acting and reacting to any specific behavior will either reinforce it or change it. At times it is so simple you will say "That makes sense."
