Behavioral Psychology

This is a book about the research done on the cause of Workplace Homicide and the findings of the Workplace Bullying Institute. This work was also written to give some profound insight about Suicide Prevention. The book provides insight into strategies and techniques regarding kindness and empathy as the antithesis to bullying and psychological abuse. We also look at how to resolve common interpersonal problems with fear and insecurity. We analyze actual events when hypersensitive people became dangerous when interacting with insensitive persons. We review strategies that work for Crisis Prevention Intervention and De-escalation. This book is about trauma-informed care, but also every soul's need for love. We'll look at why hypersensitive people are incompatible with insensitive persons and what things can be done to help with conflict resolution. The book provides insight into what is known as Emotional Intelligence and it gives us some strategies on how to relate to people who have anger management issues. This too is an effort to help identify how to reduce and eliminate workplace and neighborhood violence. We talk about how the people you interact with now may have conflicts with you due to their own misconceptions and misperceptions or the trauma from their own past. What can you do about it? This book was also written to share some of my personal experiences as a specialized treatment foster parent for teens on probation with mental health issues. I share a program of differential reinforcement schedules and token economies that I developed to obtain a license to operate a group home and a state-licensed agency as the President and CEO. I share some of my dissertation while studying abroad in the field of Behavioral Psychology. Above all, my hope is to share some deep insight into how the love of God enabled others with emotional and behavioral challenges to make a radical transformation in their lives.
