Feng Shui and Babylon

Andy spends his time futilely wandering the streets in a rundown part of the city. He feels there must be more to life than his pointless existence, and after taking a potent white powder, he starts to have strange dreams of an exquisite garden county where everything is perfect. A beautiful Chinese girl leads him through the hallucinogenic landscape - but his failure to understand her message leads him deeper into darkness.
