Darren is a bright and happy dog who is happy with his new family. But Darren has trouble communicating, which leads to problems. Now his family is so angry with him that they are thinking about getting rid of Darren.

About the Author


Holly Hoffman is a retired administrative assistant who worked in publishing and education. Holly has had a lifelong love for dogs. She loves dogs immensely and feels that in order for man and dog to exist mutually they must understand one another and love one another.


Holly resides in a suburb of Newark, New Jersey, where her dog happily plays in the dog park at South Mountain Reservation.
