A mandate is an authoritative command, especially a formal order from a superior to a subordinate. What is the Holy Spirit's mandate for you?

How many of us understand the purpose the Holy Spirit abiding in the earth? Who is the Holy Spirit in relation to you, the Believer? What is the Holy Spirit's function with and in you as a believer?
