The Door Through Space was Marion Zimmer Bradley first published novel and introduces many elements seen later in the Darkover series. It is set on planet Wolf inhibited by Dry Town manacled women, mysterious telekinetic aliens and a lurking Frog-god as well as two kinds of humans, those from Earth, and Wolfians.
