Values of relationships are degrading in our society where divorce from one's natural self has become a very common issue. Though number of educated people is on the rise, inhuman activities such as rape and violence rank high among popular news of the day. Turmoil is everywhere-from gender discrimination up to religious battles. Effort has been given in this book to derive unclad and honest reality by means of science and philosophy-drawing a path towards happiness. Also, keeping in mind our busy life, it is made as concise as possible. In addition, a chapter illuminates a possible way which may have similar physiological benefits like meditation; but is very time-saving and easy to do.
