Cupid's Connections Ann Clay 2. vydanie

An old wives tale states that when things happen they usually happen in threes and in this case three is the lucky charm. Ann Clay weaves together three beautiful, heartfelt novellas about answering love's call. In Patron of the Heart, Tia, the matchmaker, is an expert at finding love for others, but what happens when family and friends decide that this cupid should have a love of her own? Will Tia accept their help and allow love to happen for her or will she spend her life shooting arrows to match others and bask, vicariously, in their happiness? When Love Calls focuses on Cathy, a frustrated divorcee and the mother of three. As she struggles financially to care for her children, she can't fathom the idea that a man would want her and three children. She finally resolves that she will never find love again. Will Cathy find a man who is financially stable and willing to love her and her children? Or will she continue to trudge along in her old beat up Ford Escort? What woman in her right mind takes a cruise to the Bahamas without a lover or friend? Bridget's co-workers think she must be crazy to take an exotic trip alone. All she wants is to relax and enjoy this trip. But what does Two Lobsters on a Buffet have to do with Cove Jackson and her heart? Are you looking for love in all the wrong places? Check out Cupid's Connections and find out why hope and love are never far from the heart.
