Cheetah Argento is a Latino Native American street gang leader and he's in big trouble. He's on the run from the cops, a crime boss and Frank Belger of the National Gang Task Force. Word on the street says no one can catch Cheetah. Officer Frank Belger has successfully taken every gang leader he's gone after off the street and he's determined to add Cheetah to that list.
