Thoughtful observations to help soothe your life journey
You Can Make It is a personal gift from Nancy Jean's "respected Reiki Master/Trainer, life coach & holistic practitioner" who, having embraced so much pain in her own life, is dedicated to walking with others as they face their own emotional, mental and spiritual struggles.
In this intimate book of poems and musings inspired by the Guiding Voice within, Nancy Jean shares the truth that lies behind the poems and the wisdom that has been born from her experiences. There are poems about loss, love, fear, faith, courage, friends' some humorous, others deeply touching.
From "The Altar Rail"
"The well-worn wood of the altar rail
My hands did grasp in prayer
As I knelt to receive my Father's touch
When life began to wear....
Like water upon a stone's sharp edge
Bringing softness made by time.
What other tears had that altar felt
Before that day like mine..."
