Misses Martha Pennywinkle is a nice, sweet, kind, elderly lady who lives in a palatial estate on Maple Street, but appearances can be deceiving and Bill and Gina Smith's four platinum-blonde offspring: Timmy, Billy, Holly Anne and Carol Anne find out that Mrs. Pennywinkle is more than what she seems and they end up having to do battle with Mrs. Pennywinkle who may or may not be a witch after they swipe her magic spells book, tarot cards and a magical, ruby amulet.
