Waiting for Superman

When young Ethan Marshall's mother is murdered, he is sent to live with his father whom he has never known. Trying to fit into a new home, town, and family was difficult for him. His brother excelled in sports, much to his father's delight. Ethan was expected to follow suit, but could not. He struggled to find his own niche in life, and what he chooses to pursue greatly disappoints his father. Holding his head high, Ethan goes on to become an accomplished ballet dancer, and as a skilled archer competes in the Olympics, much to his father's chagrin. His talents seem to hold no bounds as he grows into manhood and enters the military and becomes a combat medic. On the battlefield in Afghanistan his medical skills and strength are put to the ultimate test.
