Contributor Bio: Reinhold, Meyer Meyer Reinhold was born in Brooklyn on September 1, 1909. He attended Columbia University, where he earned a Ph. D. in Ancient History in 1933. He founded The Institute for the Classical Tradition after becoming Professor Emeritus at Boston University in 1980. He authored 23 books during his lifetime, and passed away in Nashville Tennessee.
