Mr. A.j. Shaw

Caught in a Web Mr. A.j. Shaw 1. vydanie

In this compelling and heart wrenching book, A. J. Shaw presents a first-hand account of his descent into the web of addiction. Growing up in a home where Scottish discipline meets strict southern control, A. J.?s physical abuse and verbal degradation triggers a downward spiral into chaos and despair. Shaw reveals his intimate thoughts, feelings and regrets as he darkly tells his story of remorse, anger, pain, suffering, and guilt. It is a love story, a survival story, and a story that shows only too well the entanglement of the web that ensnares the individual in a way such that he has difficulty extracting himself. Through the love for his daughters, his belief of a higher power, and the assistance of his recovery program, he is able to gain back his life. Hoping to help others who may be wrestling with the addictive dependency described in Shaw?s story, he writes to show there is always a way out, there is always hope.
